New Consular Procedures

  •   From January 1st 2018, the Embassy of Israel in Cameroon will start new consular procedures

    SERVICE NOTE:  CONSULAR DEPARTMENT
     
    The Consular department of the Embassy of Israel in Yaounde would like to inform the public that consular and visa procedures will change as from 1st January 2018.
    Visa applicants from Cameroon and abroad are requested to take an appointment either by email. By email, applicants should write their names exactly as is written in their passport, email address and telephone numbers. Applicants are  requested to state the reason for their travel to Israel.
    Please make sure that the visa application file is complete before consular appointment.  Applicants must have photocopies of the application file including their passport. In order to facilitate security clearance, applicants should not come to the embassy with bags.
    Reminder: Find below visa requirements;
    Letter of invitation (obligatory), 2 passport size photos (5X5), travel insurance, flight and hotel reservation, bank statement-evidence that you can sustain yourself during your stay, valid passport - 6 months minimum, visa fee, attestation of service from employer for those employed; authorization to leave the country and/or mission order, tax payers’ card and business license for business men.   
    Candidates selected for Mashav courses in Israel are not required to take
    Appointment.
