From 15th – 17th May 2012 a high level delegation made up of three members of the Cameroon Government took part in the Agriculture Exposition – AGRITECH 2012 in Tel-Aviv, Israel.

The delegation, which was made up of the Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development, Essimi Menye; the Minister for Livestock, Fisheries and Animal Industries, Dr Taiga and the Minister for Scientific research and Innovation, Dr Madeleine Tchuinte covered the full expanse of the agriculture sector in Cameroon.

The AGRITECH 2012 was richly rewarding for the Cameroon delegation which did not get a close first hand appraisal of Israeli agricultural know-how but also shared the Cameroon experience with operators in the agriculture sector present at the exposition.
