In order to obtain a visa for a “group” the person inviting the group from Israel needs to contact to Ministry Of Interior in Israel and follow the procedure in Israel.

 

Once permission has been granted for the group to travel to Israel, the Ministry of Interior contacts the embassy in Yaounde, Cameroon with visa granting permission which is issued by the Ministry of Interior in Israel. We will then be able to issue the group visas.

 

The fee for a group visa to Israel is 4.500CFA per person.

 

The process to be handled at the mission:
• Presentation of a travel document that is valid for at least six months beyond the period of the stay in Israel
• A completed and signed application for a visa to enter Israel
• A photocopy of the applicant's travel document
• Proof of the applicant's sufficient financial means for the visit to Israel
• Invitation letter
• Order for round trip airline tickets to and from Israel
• Two passport pictures
• Payment of the fee

 

Please note:
1. The consul may request additional documents.
2. Since the fee is collected for handling the application, it will not be refunded to the applicant if the visa is not issued for any reason.

 

There are several methods of delivery that we accept.
1) In Person
2) D.H.L- When sending your application you will need to pay in advance for BOTH directions of the package.
3) It is also an option to get a person to deliver your passport on behalf of you. You will need to contact the embassy before hand to inform us. When you are informing the Embassy you will need to provide the following:  First and Last name of the person making the delivery /collection. Their I.D number and a contact number.
