First charter flights between Israel and Japan

Israel and Japan – getting closer: For the first time ever, charter flights will connect Tokyo (Narita Airport) and Tel Aviv (Ben Gurion Aiport), coming September!
The flights were officially announced at a press conference at the Embassy of Israel in Tokyo, in the presence of Ambassador of Israel to Japan, Ms. Yaffa Ben Ari, Commissioner of the Japan Tourism Agency, Mr. Hiroshi Tabata and Chairman of the Japan Association of Travel Agents, Mr. Hiromi Tagawa.
The first flight will depart from Tokyo on September 14th, 2019, arriving to Israel on the same day. Travel time will be cut down by 4 hours each way, and of course – no need to transfer.
