On 21th May, Embassy of Israel in Tokyo held a Gala event celebrating 60th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Japan and Israel.The event at the Tokyo Opera City Hall included opera highlights presented by Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, Maestro Dan Etinger and Israeli opera singers; Ms. Edna Prochnik, Ms. Merav Barnea and Mr. Yotam Cohen. A special opening of the concert with the national anthems was sung by the Beit Shalom Choir.
The concert was followed by a cocktail dinner presenting Israeli and Middle Eastern cuisine. Guest were gifted with the new translated to Japanese book "Start Up Nation' and Israeli cosmetics by Sabon.
