Ambassador Sagi Karni visits The Methodist Church

    ​Ambassador Sagi Karni paid a courtesy visit to The Methodist Church of Singapore’s headquarters.

    Ambassador Sagi Karni paid a courtesy visit to Bishop Dr Chong Chin Chung at The Methodist Church of Singapore’s headquarters where he was given a tour of their Heritage Gallery.

     

    A fruitful discussion followed and Ambassador Karni presented Bishop Chong with a book commemorating 50 years of Israel - Singapore diplomatic relations and they reciprocated by presenting the Ambassador with a set of classical Chinese calligraphy of the Shema Biblical Text/Prayer, taken from Deuteronomy 6:4-5 as well as a model of Wesley Methodist Church.
