Visa Application Procedure:
The Embassy of Israel has launched a facility to meet
the ever increasing demand for Visas to Israel in India. In its continued
efforts to provide better service and assistance for visa applicants.
The
Consulate has opened visa applications center at the address
mentioned below :

As a part of the procedure
applicants can check their visa status on the website:
http://www.israelvisa.in/ or can follow up on the helpline number
IVS also has the facilities
to deliver the passport to the applicant/agent. The passport can be handed
over to the applicant/ agent directly in sealed envelope or can be delivered
by courier to applicant’s residence (in additional fees).
Please note that for employment
visa (B1 visa) the applicants should submit
their applications to IVS, but the interviews
will be conducted by the Consulate staff of the Visa Section at the
Consulate.
* In case applicant
request visa on separate sheet, applicants have an option to get a separate
passport (apart from the regular passport) issued by the Passport
office, which will mention “This Passport is
valid for travel to Israel only” . On the regular passport,
the Passport office will mention “This passport is valid to
travel to all countries except Israel.”

- Security
instructions for people who wish to obtain consular services at the mission
offices
1. Please bring a photo ID.
2. Every visitor and his belongings will be required to undergo a security
check.
3. For security purposes, no personal objects will be allowed into the
mission, including handbags, mobile phones and electronic devices.
4. Do not bring large handbags or suitcases to the mission.
5. Do not bring food and/or beverage bottles or containers.
6. The mission’s security directives apply to people in the consular
waiting room. The instructions of the security staff must be obeyed at all
times.
- Mailing
material to the mission
Material that is mailed to the Consular Department at the mission must be only
sent to and collected from the following address:

VISA REQUIRMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT
PURPOSE
1.
Online Application Form duly filled.
2.
Two recent photos (5 x 5 cm) with light background.
3.
Passport (valid for
at least for 3 years).
4.
Must submit all
passports that you hold(current/old/cancelled/damaged)
5. Job Offer letter
signed by employer and employee (on letter head of Israel agency)
6.
Bio data of the
applicant (by Indian Agency).
7.
P.C.C. (Regional
Passport office valid for 6 months from the date of issue).
8. If worked abroad,
more than 3 months /90 days- P.C.C from abroad is mandatory.
9.
Applicant Birth
Certificate (with apostille) mandatory.
10. Applicant’s
Aadharcard.
11. Training
certificate issued by respective Agency.
12. Original
Mark sheet from Training center.
13. Educational
documents (with mark sheets).
14. Work Experience letters (in original).
15. Applicants
ration card copy (translated in English) mentioning relationship with other
family members.
16. If married, Marriage certificate apostille, If
divorced, Divorce deed, if Widow – Death certificate of spouse with apostille.
17. Spouse affidavit with recent family picture.
18. Spouse
passport copy.
19. Aadharcard
of spouse.
20. If spouse
working abroad, NOC from the respective embassy of India mentioning applicant
information along with passport copy and visa copy and I.D Card of the
spouse’s company.
21. NOC from spouse
to treat patient from other sex/Gender.
22. If
children, birth certificate required along with bonafide letter from their respective school.
23. Original Ration
card copy with the translation - marking relationship with other family
members.
24. Parents Affidavit.
25. Parents Aadharcard.
26. If one of
the parent of the applicant died, need to attach death certificate.
27. Foreign
workers Right Hand book declaration signed by applicant.
28. Finger prints declaration (to be signed in
Consulate only).
