The cities of Manila and Haifa saw the renewal of their sister city ties after Mayor Yona Yahav of Israel, paid a visit to Manila City Mayor Alfredo Lim last week. The two mayors praised each other's cities for their magnificence and vowed further the sister city cooperation.
Mayor Yahav and his delegation were also warmly welcomed by the Girl Scourts of the Philippines, the sisters of St. Paul University and the faculty of Universidad de Manila.
