Last week, the city of Assisi in
Italy hosted a conference of young people from all over the world to discuss
the world tomorrow’s economy.The Economy of Francis is an
international movement of young economists, entrepreneurs and change-makers
engaged in a process of inclusive dialogue and young, vibrant, global change,
moving towards a new economy.
Ambassador Raphael Schutz
participated on Thursday, 22th September, in the opening event together with
the two Israeli participants, Dr. Avital Beck and Katty Bishara - in the field
of biotechnology and medical engineering. They presented their projects in the
presence of Sister Alessandra Smerilli, Secretary of the Dicastery for
Promoting Integral Human Development and they left excellent impressions. As
part of the program the participants also did networking and were interviewed
by a local TV station.
