Dinner to mark the Bilateral Commission Meeting

    In occasion of The Bilateral Commission Meeting of the Delegations of the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and the Holy See’s Commission for Religious Relations with the Jews that took place in Rome, in November 28-30, 2016, Ambassador Oren David hosted the participants of both delegations at his residence for an official dinner.
    In addition to the members of the delegations the dinner was attended also by the Chief Rabbi of Rome Riccardo Di Segni, President of the Roman Jewish Community Mrs. Ruth Dureghello and Rabbi Pino Arbib.
    The dinner was held in a very warm and friendly atmosphere and was concluded with the chant from Psalms 133:
    "! הִנֵּה, מַה טּוֹב וּמַה נָּעִים שֶׁבֶת אַחִים גַּם יָחַד"
     “How good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity”
