The Israeli Patent Office (ILPO) and the National Board of Patents and Registration of Finland (NBPR) have agreed to launch a Patent Prosecution Highway Pilot Program. The PPH is a program designed to reduce administrative and procedural burdens by allowing expedited patent examination in a second patent office, when at least one corresponding claim has already been found allowable in a first patent office.
