​Annually, the State of Israel grants scholarships to foreign students, based on bilateral agreements with different countries.

In 2018, a scholarship is granted for one Estonian applicant for full-year studies or reserach in Israel and for two Finnish applicants for full-year studies or reserach or Hebrew or Arabic language summer course in Haifa University

The applicants must hold minimun Bachelor's degree and must be under 35 years of age. The application period closes on Jan 2nd 2018.
