​Israeli Defence Forces has announced that it offers military deserters who reside outside Israel, as well as Israeli citizens who left the country as children and failed to return for the draft to visit Israel during the High Holidays without being arrested. 

On the same occasion, they are offered the possibility to appear and arrange their military duty status without being arrested; for this, they should call the number +972-3-738 7010/1.

This possibility is offered between September 2nd and October 11th 2018, for a single entry to Israel.
