+ Provide service and support to the Deputy Chief of Mission
+ Promote training opportunities in Israel
+ Support the work of International Development Cooperation (MASHAV) Program
+ Initiate projects to enhance educational cooperation between Vietnam and Israel

+ Undertaking relevant political research and analysis;
+ Outlining/writing articles, policy papers, as well as political advice and support to Ambassador and Deputy Chief of Mission;
+ Initiate projects to enhance bilateral cooperation between Vietnam and Israel.
