Visa policy update

    The consulate resumes the following visa services as subjected to the visa policies and procedure of Interior Ministry and other relevant authorities in Israel:
    1. B/1 work visa

    2. A/2 study visa

    3. B/2 business visa
    ·         Current procedure:
    Step 1: Applicant’s Israeli inviter shall first contact Israeli Ministry of Interior (MOI) and Ministry of Industry and Economy to apply for applicant’s business visa permit.
    Step 2: Once approved, applicant will get business visa permit from MOI, which will also send to Consulate.
    Step 3: Applicant submit business visa application with the visa permit (Applicants can contact the visa assistance service’s Call Center [Telephone: +86 (021) 6016-8636 or +86 (021) 2221-8536] to check if the EMB and CSLs have already received their visa permit from MOI).

    4. Emergency visa application, please contact the Consulate on specific cases.

    As China is now regarded as a “Green Country” please notice that people arriving from China to Israel does not need to be 14 days quarantined. These are the following changes from 10th Nov 2020:
    ·         The entry approval letter has changed (You will get it with visa together).
    ·         Visa applicants do not need to fill in the “Applicant's declaration for entry permit to the State of Israel” anymore.
