1.       Due to the Covid19 crisis routine, appointments may be scheduled for further dates than usual in our appointment system.

Therefore, an appointment must be made only in urgent cases, and only in cases requiring mandatory attendance!

The following is a list of services which requires mandatory attendance:

·         Requests for issuance / extension of travel documents for minors / issuance of first travel document.

·         Change of personal status (due to marriage/divorce/widowing).

·         Registration of newborn children abroad.

·         Submitting a declaration on a loss/theft/vandalism of a travel document.

·         Applying for civil status (citizenship inquiry)

·         Name changes (due to marriage, divorce or any other reason).

·         Notarial services.

·         Applying for a citizenship waiver.

·         Notice of mailing address / change in mailing address.

·         Applying for a citizenship / non-citizenship certificate.

·         Conducting an interview / hearing.

2.     Due to the Covid19 crisis there may be long waiting times for telephone answering during working hours (14:00 to 16:30).

Therefore, it is highly advisable to find information on the website, and/or send an email to the relevant email addresses (see "General Information" menu).
