"Discover Israel" is
a program initiated by the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs dedicated to
introducing Israel to leading figures from different influential platforms in
India - Academia, Politics, Business and Innovative sectors, Culture, Media
etc. The purpose of these thematic delegations is to create a better
understanding of Israel from a perspective that is relevant to each and every
delegation, and to assist each delegate in creating personal relations and
networks with key counterparts in Israel. The concept of "Discover
Israel" is to introduce Israel to delegates that do not have much past experience
with Israel, and that are eager to learn about it.
Pranita Subhash, famous Indian Film actress was
chosen to be one of the delegate in the “Leaders from the South” delegation.
