    ​Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce President Mr. Uriel Lynn toured Georgia recently to speak about exporting to Israel. Mr. Lynn's visit included stops in Atlanta and Savannah.
     
    While in Atlanta Mr. Lynn was a guest of the Georgia Chambers of Commerce where he conducted a seminar teaching Georgia companies how to maximize their exports to Israel.  Lynn informed participants on how to find buyers in Israel, tap the country's free trade agreement with the U.S. and overcome common challenges.
     
    The Georgia Department of Economic Development has an economic development and trade office in Tel Aviv.
     
    Mr. Lynn also gave a similar presentation at the Metro Atlanta Chamber in cooperation with the American-Israel Chamber of Commerce.
     
    Georgia House Minority Leader Stacey Abrams co-hosted a breakfast for many of Atlanta's African American women leaders in honor of Mr. Lynn. Mr. Lynn largely talked about the main achievements and challenges of the Israeli economy, and highlighted the large economic support Israel has been receiving from the U.S.  He also referred to the importance of civil and human rights including women rights within the Israeli society.
     
    Representative Stacey Abrams emphasize the significant collaboration with the Israeli Consulate.
