Only two weeks after
presenting his credentials to President Obama, Ambassador of Israel to the United States Ron Dermer made his first official visit to the Southeast. During his time in Atlanta, Ambassador Dermer met with elected officials and community leaders, visited some of Atlanta's most honored and historic sites, and delivered the 2013 Fran Eizenstat and Eizenstat Memorial Lecture with a speech entitled, "Preventing a Nuclear Iran."
