If you wish to authenticate a foreign formal document so it can be used or accepted by the Israeli authorities, first please authenticate it at the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Our consulate cannot authenticate any document without the authentication sign of the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The required information regarding each of the applicant and the legal representative:

1.          Full square name.

2.          Passport Number or for an Israeli – an Israeli ID number (consists of 9 digits).

3.          Place and date of birth.

4.          Place of residence.

Notice:

The Power of Attorney must be typed (not hand-written), without gaps between the lines and in a language comprehensible to the applicant, being that language Hebrew, Arabic or English. 

If the Power of Attorney was translated, please bring a formal introduction letter from the translating agency.

Personal attendance at the consulate is required as the signing must be done in front of the consul. The documents for signature must be translated into Hebrew or English.
