For all types of visits, the below documents are needed:
1. The application form (fully filled and signed).
2. Your current passport (valid for at least 6 months) and older passports
(if you have them with you).
3. Two clear personal photos with a white background sized 5cm x 5cm.
Visiting Relatives:
1. Place of residence in Israel (full address and phone number).
2. Last three months of bank statement, in which the name of the
applicant appears clearly.
Business Visits:
1. An official invitation from the Israeli company including the inviting company's name
and logo, the name of the invited person, the mission details, duration of stay,
place of residence, and the inviter's personal details (personal ID number, the
company's phone number, mobile number and signature).
2. If the applicant owns a company, please provide a registration certificate of the
company from your country's authorities, in which your name appears as the owner.
3. If you are an employee in the company, please provide a valid official letter from
your employer in English, stating your position in the company and explaining
the visit's purpose.
4. Last three months of bank statement, in which the name of the applicant appears clearly.
Visa for a Medical Treatment:
1. A formal invitation from the hospital with the treatment's dates.
2. Reports from a Jordanian doctor.
3. Place of residence in Israel (full address and phone number).
4. Last three months of bank statement, in which the name of the applicant appears.
Tourist Visit:
1. A hotel reservation in Israel, including the hotel's name, the city, phone number
and number of reservation.
2. Last three months of bank statement, in which the name of the
applicant appears clearly.
3. If you are an employee in a company please provide a valid official letter from your employer in English, stating your position in the company / for students, ID student is required.

Student Visa:
1. Payment of a fee USD 50-equal to JD.
2. Presenting of a study voucher.
3. A certificate proving that you have completed the previous school year in Israel.
4. Presenting a proof of financial ability to finance studies, and resuscitation of the whole time of studies in Israel.
6. A document indicating the date of graduation for the current year.
7. Application for a visa - signed and printed.
