    Meet Yarden Gerbi, No. 1 female Judoka in the world, winner of the gold medal at the 2013 World Judo Championship, and Israel's most celebrated athlete today.

    Gerbi began practicing judo at age 6 in her hometown of Netanya, and her long list of winnings and achievements includes world and European championships as well as all national championships between 2007 and 2012.
