    Holiday wishes from Jerusalem: For Ramadan, we asked Israelis how they would greet their Muslim neighbors on the occasion of Ramadan.

    Ramadan, the 9th month of the Islamic calendar, is observed by Muslims worldwide as a month of fasting to commemorate the first revelation of the Quran to Muhammad.

    This year, the month-long holiday began on May 27, 2017. 

    We wandered the streets of Jerusalem, asking the locals what are their Ramadan wishes for their Muslim neighbors, and here's what they had to say:
