Last week, Croatia was visited by a
delegation of the Israel-Croatia Interparliamentary Friendship Group of the
Israeli Parliament Knesset, led by MP Michael Mordechai Biton, the head of the
Group.
In addition to MP Biton, the delegation
consisted of the Vice President of the Knesset Yifat Shasha Biton, Sasson (Sassi)
Guetta and Yonatan Mashriki.
During their stay, the representatives held
a number of bilateral meetings, including meetings with the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia Gordan Grlić Radman, the President of the
Croatian Parliament Gordan Jandroković and the Croatia-Israel
Interparliamentary Friendship Group led by Marijana Petir.
The meetings concerned the Croatian
presidency of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), cooperation
in the field of renewable energy sources, agriculture, cyber security and science,
as well as other topics.
In addition to the bilateral meetings, the
representatives also visited the LNG terminal on Krk.
