    Israeli Nobel Prize winners, Dr.Ada E.Yonath and Dr.Aaron Ciechanover will participate as speakers at Eight ISABS Conference in Split, June 24-28, 2013

    Dr. Aaron Ciechanover an Israeli biologist who won in 2004 the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for characterizing the method that cells use to degrade and recycle proteins using ubiquitin. As one of Israel's first Nobel Laureates in Science, he is honored in playing a central role in the history of Israel and in the History of Technion- Israel Institute of Technology. Read more

    Dr. Ada E.Yonath received in 2009 the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for her studies on the structure and function of the ribosome.
    For enabling ribosomal crystallography Yonath introduced a novel technique,cryo bio-crystallography which became routine in structural biology and allowed intricate projects otherwise considered formidable. Read more
