JERUSALEM, 19 - 21 March, 2018
The Global Forum for Combating Antisemitism (GFCA) is international gathering for assessing the state of Antisemitism globally, and formulating effective forms of societal and governmental response.
The GFCA is an active coalition of public figures, political leaders, heads of civil society, clergy, journalists, diplomats, educators and concerned citizens dedicated to the advance of tolerance towards the other in public life and the defeat of antisemitism and other forms of racial and ethnic hatred. The Global Forum serves as an important meeting place for exchange of knowledge and for formulating the global work plan for combatting antisemitism worldwide.
The 6th Global Forum for Combatting Antisemitsm will focus on three main themes:
• Web Anstisemitsm and Cyberhate: The Search for New Solutions and Proactive Policies
• Antisemitsm and the Rise of Far Right Politics in Europe: Defining the Threat and Means of Societal and Political Response
• The Faith Traditions as a Resource for Combatting Antisemitsm and Hate Crime: Muslim, Jewish, and Christian Leadership on Tolerance as a Spiritual Imprerative
The 6th Global Forum will take place in the International Convention Center in Jerusalem, and will open on March 19 with addresses by world leaders.
