Israel, Germany Promote Awareness for PWD

    ​Today, our Mission and the Mission of Germany to the United Nations held an event, "Changing Attitudes and Fighting Stereotypes for an Inclusive Society," to promote positive perceptions about persons with disabilities. 

    Panelists included the commissioners for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities from Israel and Germany, the Executive Director of Beit Issie Shapiro and several NGO's. 

    Rick Guidotti, a fashion photographer gave an inspirational presentation on his program, Positive Exposure, which utilizes photography and video to transform public perceptions of people living with genetic, physical and behavioral differences – from albinism to autism.
