Today (Thursday), the General Assembly will vote on raising
the Palestinian flag at the UN. Ambassador Prosor will speak as part of this
session, making this his final speech as Permanent Representative at the
General Assembly.
The session will begin at 3 pm EST, and will be streamed
live on the UN Webcast: webtv.un.org
