Please note: as a result of the agreement between Israel and Georgia, since 2014, Georgian citizens do not need a tourist visa for short-term visits.
Please check the following visa information for citizens of countries that require visas to enter Israel:
Tourist visa
The applicant for the tourists visas are requested to arrive at the consular department with the following documents:
· A passport valid for at least 6 months;
· Copy of a passport;
· In case an applicant is in possession of a new passport he/she is requested to submit old passport(s) as well;
· 1 colored picture (5/5);
· Fully Filled Application Form (In case of visit to friends/relatives, the applicant should note the Israeli ID number, address and telephone of the inviting person);
· A letter from your employer/university specifying the period of time you have been working/studying and confirming that you will be returning to your job/studies after your trip to Israel. The citizens who get salaries via bank should submit bank balance for the last 6 months;
· In case of the business trip, a citizen is to submit invitation letter and information about the contact person;
· Charge for consular services – 74 GEL (please, have the exact amount of money with you).
Visa for minors (under 18 years)
· Certificate of birth;
· Approval of both parents for the under-age children to cross the border (a visit to consular department is mandatory).
Tourist visa in case of the invitation from the MIA of Israel
Please, call us in advance for identification of the inviting people.
In case of MIA invitation a citizen is freed from the consular fees.
The documents for acquiring the visa:
· A passport valid for at least 6 months;
· Copy of a passport;
· In case an applicant is in possession of a new passport he/she is requested to submit old passport(s) as well;
· 1 colored picture (5/5);
· Fully Filled Application Form (In case of visit to friends/relatives, the applicant should note the Israeli ID number, address and telephone of the inviting person);

Please note: if the citizen has been refused by the consul to get an Israeli
visa, he/she can apply the lawyer to appeal the decision in Israel.
Extending Your Stay:
Visas may be extended (for a nominal fee) at offices of the Ministry of Interior in the following locations:
Afula, Akko (Acre), Ashqelon, Be'er Sheva, Eilat, Hadera, Haifa, Herzelia, Holon, Jerusalem, Nazareth, Netanya, Petah Tiqva, Ramat Gan, Ramla, Rehovot, Safed, Tel Aviv, Tiberias
