 On behalf of the Embassy of State of Israel in Korea, we would like to express our sincere condolences for the death of former President Kim Young Sam and extend to the people of Korea our deepest sympathy. As he was not only an icon of Korea’s democracy movement but played a significant role in tightening the relations between Israel and Korea, his loss will be deeply mourned by all who knew him.
