Mailing Documents to the Consulate

    Documents will be delivered to the Consular Department only if addressed to:

    IMPORTANT NOTICE

    The Consular Department will do the utmost that the applications, accompanied by all the required documents, presented in person at our offices will be processed on the spot, but please take into consideration that each application can require different time to be processed and may take longer.

    For those unable to come in person, it is advisable to send applications by registered mail. For each application submitted to the Department by mail, the payment must be done by cashier check (assegno circolare) named to "Ambasciata d'Israele" and 5.00 euro must be added to the amount for the returned registered mail.

    The sender is responsible for the documents that has been mailed to the Consulate.


    In the case of collecting documents via private courier it is important that the courier gives the name of the owner of the document, otherwise the document will NOT be delivered.​​


    Important: There are cases in which you are required to come to the Mission in person. In case of doubt, please contact the Consulate by e-mail.​
