Israel is one of the most sought out destinations for technical studies all over the world. The Technion – Israel Institute of Technology is among many technical universities and institutes in Israel. The courses at The Technion Institute are taught in various languages including English. At The Technion, students can choose among various faculties for undergraduate to post graduate studies.
In 2011, the first three students from Nepal went to Israel to study at the Technion International School of Engineering for a undergraduate course with a full scholarship.
Mr. Ariel Geva, Managing Director from Technion International School of Engineering, Technion – Israel Institute of Technology was in Kathmandu from 25 to 29 March 2012 to speak and give information about The Technion Institute. During his stay in Kathmandu, Mr. Geva visited higher secondary schools (10+2/ A level) and and also talked about the Technion activities in Nepal.
A session was held for parents and high school students at Hotel Shangri La on 29 March 2012 to brief about the Technion Institute and Israel.
Technion Institute offers full, partial and paid studies for the students aspiring to study undergraduate and graduate courses at the Institute.
