The Embassy of Israel celebrated ‘Israel Week’ in the month of February 2011. To mark this week, The Embassy launched a cookery show to share some of Israel’s favourite cuisines with the Nepali people. The cuisines were very easy to cook and the ingredients are easily available in the market. The video was telecasted by Nepal TV Plus channel and the videos were also uploaded in The Himalayan Times official website and can also be viewed on YouTube.
