Knesset Speaker at economic award ceremony

    ​Honourable Yuli-Yoel Edelstein, Speaker of the Knesset (Parliament) of the State of Israel, who was visiting Hong Kong, officiated at the award ceremony on April 15, 2016 (Friday), in which Consul General of Israel Sagi Karni presented certificates of appreciation to representatives of prominent Hong Kong businesses that contribute to the promotion of economic relations between Israel and Hong Kong. 
     
    The eight individual/corporate recipients are:

    Mr. Ronnie C. Chan
    Henderson (China) Investment Co. Ltd.
    Radiant Venture Capital Ltd.
    Utopian Venture Capital Ltd.
    Dr. Roy C. P. Chung
    Sino Group
    Mr. Robert Dorfman

    Prior to his arrival in Hong Kong, Knesset Speaker Edelstein headed an Israeli parliamentary delegation to China for a five-day official visit.  He has met with his Chinese counterpart, NRC Chairman Zhang Dejiang, and Chinese Premier Li Keqiang.
