The Irish Times informs us that
Gong, a US-Israeli artificial intelligence tech company rated one of the fastest growing in Nth America by Deloitte, is increasing its presence in Dublin by 80 new employees.
First launched in 2015, the company now employs 1000 people worldwide, 30 of them currently in Ireland.
The product uses AI and machine learning to analyze calls and other media interactions, providing sales forces with useable information.
Amongst its 3,000 customers are LinkedIn, Shopify, Slack, SproutSocial, Wayflyer,Teamwork, and Twilio.
