On 15th Feb, the opening ceremony of Zhongguancun Medical Engineering Transferring (Chongqing) Center was held in Chongqing. 2 Israeli pharmaceutical companies NanoTextile and Betalin cooperated with this center. Amir Laty, the consular general of Israel in Chengdu was invited to attend the ceremony and delivered an opening speech.Amir Laty mentioned, 2017 was the 25th anniversary of China-Israel diplomatic relation, and he wished in the future more platforms such as Zhongguancun Medical Engineering Transferring (Chongqing) Center would be founded to promote mutual relation between Chongqing and Israel, through inter-company visits, expert communication, and technology exchanges. Amir Laty also said, Chongqing was one of the fastest-developing cities in China, and Israel looked forward to more cooperation with Chongqing, especially after Mu Huaping, Chongqing deputy mayor visited Israel in 2016, lying a firm foundation for a deeper cooperation in the future.
