​On 23rd March, Zhang Zulin, Vice Governor of Yunnan Province met with Amir Laty, Consul General of Israel in Chengdu, in Kunming. The two sides said that Yunnan and Israel have enjoyed a rapid development of friendly and cooperative relationship since the close cooperation in 1999 China Kunming World Horticultural Exposition.

There’s a wide range of cooperation potentials for the two sides. In the future, both sides will strengthen cooperation in the field of modern agriculture with plateau characteristics, and accelerate cooperation in areas of industrialization, fine development and scale development of agriculture, water-saving agriculture, tourism agriculture and agricultural exports.
