On 28th February, Lan Tianming, Consul-General of Consulate General of Israel in Chengdu, was invited to Chenghua District Friendly Communication Meeting. Consul-General met Pu Fayou, general director and deputy secretary of Chenghua District, Zhaogang, deputy secretary of Chenghua District, Chen Maolu, member of standing committee and deputy director of Chenghua District, and other members. They had friendly conservation on broadening cooperation areas, deepening cooperation modes, achieving mutual benefits, and increasing friendly exchanges in fields of Innovation and entrepreneurship, health and culture.
General Director Pu Fayou welcomed Consul- General and introduced the situation of Chenghua and the industrial development in Chenghua District. He also made major introduction to innovative space projects, medical and health projects, and cultural creation projects. General Director Pu hoped that Chenghua District and Israel start more cooperation in scientific and technological innovation, innovation and entrepreneurship, culture and education, health care and other areas, and welcomed more Israeli enterprises come to Chenghua.
Consul-General Lan Tianming expressed his gratitude for the warm reception of Chenghua District. Chenghua District, as one of the five urban districts in Chengdu, has a long history, beautiful environment and rapid economic development. It is one of the key areas for Israel's future development and cooperation with Sichuan. Consul-General said there were various possibilities for cooperation between Israel and Chenghua District. He hoped that two sides could carry out more pragmatic exchanges and cooperation. Consul-General welcomed the enterprises from Chenghua District to visit Israel and he also hoped to organize Israeli enterprises to visit Chengdu and Chenghua District in the future.
