Israeli Doctor Moris Topaz Came to Chengdu

            On March 25th, Moris Topaz, Director of Plastic Surgery Department of Israeli Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera, came to West China Hospital of Sichuan University and held a consultation to discuss about the therapeutic regimen with  Xiang Bo, Director of Pediatric Surgery Department, Sichuan University.
            During this visit to Chengdu, Moris Topaz also discussed with Chengdu Second People’s Hospital about the establishment of Sino-Israeli Trauma Plastic Surgery Center in Chengdu. The discussion also joined by Amir Lati, Consul General of Israeli Consulate General in Chengdu, and Chen Sha-Ming, Deputy Director of Chengdu Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning.
