​In order to accelerate opening-up process of Sichuan Province, fully utilize business guest resources accumulated on Western Fairs in previous years, improve foreign trade structure, strengthen economic and trade exchanges, vigorously develop imports promotion platform and deeply implement opinions of the State Council  on Strengthening  Import, Western China Import Expo & International Investment Fair is proposed  to be alternatively held with Western Fair from 23rd to 27th November. The Imports  Expo  will strengthen investment trade function and aim to build up a platform for important “One Belt One Road” economic & trade exchanges and opening-up in western region of China.

Israeli companies (cosmetics, wine, etc.) participated in this fair, some of them have already started business in China, others are still exploring the Chinese market. This fair will be a good opportunity for Israeli companies to know West China, and a beginning for future cooperation.
