Chef Kobi Mizrahi in Chengdu

    Invited by Consulate General of Israel in Chengdu, Israeli chef Kobi Mizrahi came to Chengdu for a six-day tour of culinary exchanges.
    Kobi Mizrahi, who came to Chengdu for the first time, tried the hot pot and learned the practice of Sichuan Mapo Tofu. At the Sichuan-Israel Food Festival in Sichuan University, Kobi Mizrahi cooked on site to students Israeli homemade Hummus and Shakshuka. Kobi Mizrahi also went to SOS Children's Village in Chengdu to make food for children.
    On 69th Independence Day reception, Kobi Mizrah prepared Israeli cuisine for more than 400 guests. He also cooked with a Sichuan chef to serve a unique Israel-Sichuan food feast.
