Sichuan Exchange Conference of China-Israel agricultural science and technology, Chengdu's Tongwei International Conference Center was crowded. 18 advanced agricultural enterprises represented in water saving irrigation, intelligent greenhouse, agricultural Internet of things, breeding and other fields was welcomed by nearly 100 agricultural enterprises in Sichuan and the Agricultural Department of the city (state). This is the largest Israeli agricultural delegation visiting Sichuan so far.
The Sichuan exchange conference of China-Israel modern agricultural science and technology was hosted by the Consulate General of Israel in Chengdu, supported by the Sichuan Provincial Department of agriculture, the Department of science and technology of Sichuan, the Sichuan Provincial Association for the promotion of trade, undertook by Tongwei media. This event attracted about 500 representatives of the governments, associations and enterprises in Sichuan.

Sichuan Ministry of foreign affairs inspector He Guangxianmade the opening speech and mentioned that agriculture is an important area of cooperation between Israel and China, Sichuan is a large agricultural province which has a good foundation for cooperation in agriculture between two countries and a broad prospect. He Guangxian pointed out that both sides will actively promote the opening of direct flights from Chengdu to Tel Aviv. He also wished the success of the Sichuan Conference on agricultural science and technology to further enhance bilateral cooperation in the field of agricultural science and technology.
