​Ambassador of the State of Israel to China Zvi Heifetz paid official visit to Sichuan and Chongqing.

During his visit in Sichuan, Vice Governor Zhu Hexin met with Ambassador Zvi Heifetz and Consul General of Israel in Chengdu Amir Lati. Both sides held in-depth discussion on cooperation in fields including economy and trade, technology and science, people to people exchanges, and tourism.

Deputy Secretary, Mayor of Chengdu Luo Qiang met with Ambassador Zvi Heifetz and Consul General of Israel in Chengdu Amir Lati. Both sides agree to deepen cooperation both sides agreed to further deepen cooperation in fields of technological information, biomedicine, environmental protection, and agriculture.

Ambassador Zvi Heifetz also visited University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and had meeting with president of UESTC Li Yanrong. Ambassador of the State of Israel to China Zvi Heifetz, Consul-General of Israel in Chengdu Amir Lati, and Deputy Consul-General Cobi Yanovsky also attended UESTC Israeli Research Center Unveiling Ceremony.

During his visit in Chongqing, Ambassador Zvi Heifetz had talks with senior leaders of Huapont Pharmacy, Born Group and other companies. He also visited Chongqing Museum of Contemporary Art.
