YAMI sweets and tahini, pitot, tea cookies or halvah, Mr. Lacko's kosher wine (ILT company), beautiful jewelry from Michal Negrin and popular AHAVA - Dead Sea cosmetics - have helped us prepare another successful Christmas bazaar.

On November 26, 2017, the 26th Christmas Bazaar took place in the Old Market Hall, Stará tržnica, in Bratislava. It is an event organized within the diplomatic community, aiming to raise money for charities around Slovakia.

As usually, the Christmas bazaar was organized by the International Women's Club Bratislava in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, the City Hall of the City of Bratislava, with embassies accredited in Slovakia and other partners.

Christmas Bazaar is a fair where international community is being presented to Slovak public, variety of national foods and beverages, favourite foreign products and clothing is being sold so that the money raised could be used for different charity purposes all around the Slovakia.

The Embassy of the State of Israel in Slovakia, with the help of suppliers of Israeli products in Slovakia, has gathered a beautiful sum that will contribute to the charitable purpose selected by the ICW Bratislava.
Many   thanks to all, who contributed to the organization of this event, to our donors AHAVA, Michal Negrin, ILT s.r.o and YAMI and their generous gifts and donations and last but not least, we would like to thank those, that bought the products and enabled us to meet the goal of this event – to help those in need.
We are already looking forward to next year’s Bazaar and if you have an idea or just a will to help please feel free to contact us any time during the year.
There is no better time to help than around Christmas, but please remember, we don’t have to wait for Christmas to come so we can make others happy!
    Happy holidays!
