Creative Educational Center KEC for people with mental disabilities was on the 8th March visited by the esteemed guests, HE Alona Fisher Kamm, Ambassador of Israel to Serbia, former Israeli Ambassador, Mr Arthur Koll with his wife Jeanette and director of the Belgrade Philharmonic Ivan Tasovac.
In 2012, KEC got to use the space in Kraljevića Marka 4, from the Belgrade city Assembly, and the space got renovated by the US Embassy, with the support of the Embassy of Israel.
After warm words of welcome from the host, the guests got acquainted with the work of the centre and the results achieved.

The users of KEC thrilled the guests with their spontaneous songs and dances and the guests stayed long in pleasant conversation with parents and experts.
“I’m proud of the Embassy of Israel which played an important role in getting space and realisation of KEC programme for people with intellectual disabilities in Belgrade” H E Alona E. Fisher Kamm said. She also expressed the wish that, in accordance with the active involvement of their predecessors, the Embassy would continue to support the activities of KEC and the other humanitarian campaigns in Serbia.
Mr. Tasovac said that he was always glad to see the members of KEC handing programme leaflets before concerts at the Belgrade Philharmonic within the programme of work engagement of Creative Educational Center which has been successfully implemented since 2004.
