Fisher-Kamm: Economic Cooperation Priority

    Serbian ​President Aleksandar Vucic received Ambassador of Israel to Serbia Alona Fisher-Kamm, discussing overall bilateral relations between the two countries.
     
    President Vucic expressed satisfaction with the increase in Israeli investments in Serbia, in particular in the construction sector. Ambassador Fisher-Kamm stressed that development of economic cooperation with Serbia is one of the top priorities for Israel.
     
    The two interlocutors noted that Israeli investors are expanding fields of interest and that this is an indicator that a favorable business environment is being created in our country, but that more needs to be done to represent Serbia's potentials in Israel.
     
    President Vucic emphasized that Serbia respects the right of Israel to exist and to have a peaceful life.
     
    The Israeli Ambassador explained her country's position towards UNESCO, following the announcement of Israel's withdrawal from that specialized UN agency.
     
    The President and the Israeli Ambassador also discussed the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, as well as other regional and international issues.
