​Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke with Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and offered aid to the country currently facing a humanitarian disaster amid severe flooding.

Netanyahu offered Israel's assistance in treating the injured, in addition to the aid that has already been sent to Serbia, which included roughly 1.5 million tons of medical and humanitarian equipment.

The state of Israel expresses its full solidarity and compassion for the people of Serbia and hopes that the local authorities, rescue teams and government officials will cope with the disaster swiftly and successfully, the release states.
