The famous dessert, which is eaten for the Jewish holiday of freedom and light, was distributed in 11 cities in Serbia, and thanks to the partnership with the company "Knjaz Milos", users of the national kitchens have also received refreshing drinks with donuts.
"We hope that this holiday gesture will bring the light of Hanukkah to numerous homes throughout Serbia, in Subotica, Pozarevac, Nis, Cacak, Kragujevac, Smederevo, Arandjelovac, Sombor, Sabac, Stara Pazova and Novi Sad, in this difficult time of the coronavirus virus pandemic," said the Israeli Ambassador Yahel Vilan who thanked the Serbian Red Cross and the company "Knjaz Milos" for their help during the action of distribution of donuts and drinks for Hanukkah.
