In order to receive notary
services of life certificate that applicant wants to sign in front of consul,
appointments should be made for signing in the consular section. People who did
not schedule an appointment will not be let in.

Leaving a message on our
voicemails will not be considered as setting an appointment.

All relevant details in
the document should be filled in before coming to the Embassy except for the
signature. The document should only be signed in front of the consul, inside
the consular section.
3.
The consular staff will
not instruct applicants how to sign the contract or how to complete any other
action. The procedure should be thoroughly explained to him before he arrives
at the consular section.
4.
Embassy will not supply
any printing or copying services. If the notarization process is needed on a
certain document and several copies, the applicant must come to Consulate with
the document and the copies, prepared in advance.
5.
When appointment is made,
applicant should present following documents:

Original passport and copy
b.
ID card and copy
c.
Notary documents issued by
Israel National Insurance.
If an appointment can’t be
met, applicant should inform Embassy in advance.
6.
If relatives or partners
of Chinese citizens passed away in Israel, applicants are also required to
present legal documents issued by China government to demonstrate kinship or
marriage status.
We firmly suggest contacting Israel National
Insurance for any inquiries regarding the documents need to be presented or any
other issues. The Embassy only provide services of signing witness in front of
consul.
