Your Majesty,
On behalf of the people of the State of Israel, I send you, Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, and all the members of the royal family our sincere condolences on the sad passing of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
Our hearts are with the members of the royal family and all the people of the Kingdom of Thailand as you mourn the loss of your revered monarch whose long reign over Thailand focused on the well-being, prosperity and peace of the people of your country for so many years.
